I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Banyuwangi. The atmosphere is fantastic with spacious green areas, clean rooms that smell great, and a wonderful pool area. On the downside, I did experience some delays during check-in, and the restaurant could use more staff during busy hours.

On the other hand, I was impressed with the facilities and enjoyed the good breakfast spread. I would think twice before returning unless staff training improves.
