I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Banyuwangi. The atmosphere is fantastic with spacious green areas, clean rooms that smell great, and a wonderful pool area. On the downside, I did experience some delays during check-in, and the restaurant could use more staff during busy hours.
I had an overall disappointing experience at this hotel despite its cleanliness and nice breakfast. The rooms were spacious, but staff communication issues made for a frustrating stay. On the other hand, I was impressed with the facilities and enjoyed the good breakfast spread. I would think twice before returning unless staff training improves.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The pool was large and well-kept, and my room was impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond, especially in the restaurant where they were attentive and friendly. The breakfast offered a great variety, but the English proficiency of some staff members could use improvement. Overall, it's a solid choice for families and well worth the money.
